At the start of Term 2, 2025, Teach For Uganda conducted a transformative capacity-building training for headteachers and Primary Three (P.3) teachers across 49 partner schools in Kayunga, Hoima, Kibaale, and Buliisa. This initiative aimed to strengthen educational leadership and classroom practices to improve learning outcomes for lower primary learners (P.1–P.3).
Leadership for Learning

Hands-on activities allowed participants to apply these strategies in real classroom scenarios, empowering them to create more inclusive, learner-centered spaces.
Commitment to Change
Participants shared powerful reflections and renewed their commitment to driving change in their classrooms. Many expressed enthusiasm for the techniques introduced, pledging to adopt them in ways that uplift student engagement and achievement.
Sustainable Professional Growth
